Altmeyer's Trailers, Kittanning, PA. A turnkey project by L.A. Miller & Sons.	Constructed in 2003, this is basically a two story block/brick building where Horse Trailers are blueprinted, built, repaired and sold.

The structure spans 4 work areas.  Warehouse/Vehicle Washroom - Trailer Construction - Showroom - Office	The Altmeyer building spans over 13,000 square feet, consisting of  warehouse/washroom/construction/industrial space, and office/showroom space.

The Trailer Construction area features drive in/drive out vehicle paths with 14 foot tall roll up doors.	Trailers can be parked 4 wide and 2 deep, year round in a dry and heated facility.

Office area consist of sales and management areas as well as accounting, records, parts and a customer waiting area.	A Western Flair stays as a constant theme in all of the sales offices.

Accounting and Management offices, on the second floor feature internal windows overlooking the Trailer Assembly area.	Record Keeping, File Storage and Break Room Areas on the second floor feature a Full Kitchen, Computer Wiring and Telecommunications Closets and a wide Stairwell.

The showroom features 16 ft ceilings, large garage doors, and  full windows facing the front of the building.	Entry from the customer parking area welcomes customers with an instant view of the finest Horse Trailers made today!

Trailers can easily be pulled in and out of the showroom through the 2 story roll door.	Trailers can be displayed, up to three wide and still leave more than adequate room to step back and look at a trailer in it's entirety.
